- Our propolis is made from the highest quality "green propolis" from Minas Gerais, Brazil.

How to take propolis tincture
Recommended intake: Once a day (approximately 2 cm from the bottom of the dropper)
You can gradually increase the amount and frequency of intake per day while observing changes in your physical condition. Find the amount that is right for you.
*Please avoid consuming drinks containing tannins or catechins (black tea, green tea, oolong tea, coffee, wine, beer, etc.) while drinking propolis or for 30 minutes after drinking it, as this will make it difficult for the active ingredients in propolis to be absorbed.
Correct storage method
