Recently, an article about a roundtable discussion in which our President and CEO, Taizo Noda, participated was published in the "100-Year Management Association" special feature in the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun (dated August 24th and 29th, 2022).
In this special feature, the theme is "Managing long-lived companies that make the most of their people," and together with Professor Shuichi Sone of Shizuoka University of Art and Culture and former Vice President of Kirin Brewery Jun Tamura, we exchanged opinions on the dissemination of management philosophy and human resource development in long-lived companies.
The article introduced the company's in-house education initiatives, such as " CERARICA University," and its sustainable business development through "life wax produced by plants and insects." It also discussed the perspective that constantly rethinking one's philosophy can be a company's strength, the uniquely Japanese spirit of "altruism," and pride in craftsmanship.
We will continue to take pride in being a "100-year-old company" and strive for management and manufacturing based on our philosophy.
