" CERARICA " is a new word that combines the Spanish words CERA (wax) and RICA (abundance), and refers to the "life wax" that animals and plants create within their organisms to sustain their lives
We are making use of cutting-edge research and technology to develop new applications for " CERARICA - the wax of life," and are constantly taking on new challenges to create a carbon-neutral, earth-friendly, "virtuous cycle" society of the future based on natural products
Natural wax, or CERARICA , is used in areas where you might not expect to find natural wax, such as cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, and high-tech. Since the straw revolution, it has been used in places where you might not expect to find natural wax, and is now attracting a lot of attention as an environmentally friendly, plastic-free natural material, replacing the petrochemical materials that were previously commonplace
Because our company has an average age of 30, we are actively recruiting ambitious people who go beyond academic achievement and who say things like, "I want a work environment where I can take on challenges from a young age," or "I want a job where I can think of new things and try my hand at development."
About the job
In the high-tech field, we have developed new functional materials such as information recording materials (copy machine toner), and " CERARICA Coating," a unique "lickable" wax made entirely from food-grade plant ingredients, which was the first in the history of paint to win the Good Design Award.We have also developed a variety of familiar food ingredients, such as extracting high-quality natural vegetable flavors and vacuum-frying Cup Noodle potatoes
In order to improve our factory, we are promoting automation using sensors and machines step by step, aiming to become a smart factory in the future, and while we face challenges and failures every day, we persistently come up with improvement plans and work under the motto of autonomy and independence, improving together through passionate discussions among employees.We work together with other departments to realize what our customers really want, and are taking on the challenge of providing high-quality products at our young, wise, challenging factory
