Heartfelt work worth emulating

Every Monday, a florist comes to our company to change the flowers in the reception room. Each time, she greets us with a cheerful, loud "Good morning," brightening the hearts of each and every one of us. For customers who are interested in the beautiful varieties of flowers, we asked her to create nameplates with the flower's name on them and place them in front of the vases. She immediately wrote the flower's name on them in advance. She
